On the 30th anniversary of the firm in 2006, Peter Grove and Todd Lankenau were made Managing Partners of Lundahl and Associates, Architects. One year later Jeff Lundahl, the founder of the firm, retired and Collaborative Design Studio was formed with Peter and Todd at the helm. The "collaborative union" they have formed is based on innovative thought, technical expertise, and talented professionals who respect their clients, listen enthusiastically, and deliver unique, well-managed projects in harmony with the environment, all while making the process fun. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver projects that can be constructed, as designed, within our clients' schedule and budget.

Leadership in design is about more than being new and different. It includes an overarching vision and a sense of how to achieve it. An ability to build consensus and marshal resources. Above all, a personal involvement and commitment. That's the kind of innovation and attention our customers deserve from us. And we demand no less of ourselves.
