In 2002, Kirkwood engaged us to design a temporary lodge at the base of Timber Creek Ski Area. After 20 years, the temporary lodge had outlived its useful life and they engaged us to design a permanent facility in its place.

We programmed the facility to include larger spaces for ski rental, ski school, dining, and various other uses to accommodate the growing needs of Timber Creek. Visitors will enjoy outdoor dining spaces and après ski events, capturing the magnificent views of the ski area and natural rock formations overlooking the lodge.
