Phase 2 of the Tahoe Beach Club is the second phase in this two-phase luxury development.  Located on the shores of Lake Tahoe and adjacent to the Edgewood Tahoe Resort, Phase 2 of the project includes 6 residential buildings, with 8 units each, for a total of 48 luxury condominium residences.  Each residence has its own private garage and many upgrade options, including private elevators.  All residences have access to an exclusive Tahoe Beach Club and a private beach. 

The residences combine open floor plan living with panoramic views of the lake and meadows.  Each residence has their own private patio or balcony to soak in the spectacular surroundings that bring the natural beauty of the Sierras into the home.  The luxury residences include 2, 3, and 4 bedroom residences, which range from approximately 1,000 sf to just over 3,400 square feet.  Each unit features luxurious state-of-the-art interior finishes.  Phase 2 will be completed in the Spring of 2025.
