The Tahoe Beach Club is the first full-ownership lakefront residential development of its kind at Lake Tahoe in over 30 years. Located on the shores of Lake Tahoe and adjacent to the Edgewood Tahoe Resort, the project includes 13 residential buildings, 143 luxury condominium residences, a large beach club and a private beach.
Incorporating the latest mountain design innovations, the residences combine open floor plans living with panoramic views of the lake and oversized patios that bring the natural beauty of the Sierras into the home. The luxury condominiums include 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom Residences, which will range from approximately 1,000 to over 4,000 square feet and will feature luxurious state-of-the-art interior finishes. Phase 1, which includes the first two condominium buildings closest to the lake, is completed. Phase 2 is under construction and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2023. Phase 3 is permitted and is expected to start construction in the spring of 2023.
