Reno, NV 20,000 SF Design Through Construction Administration Services

Collaborative Design Studio was contracted to provide design services for Horiba Instruments for their relocation from their existing facility in Sparks to a new location in an existing building in Reno. The project was conducted in two phases.

Phase 1 consisted of renovating the existing office area. Care was taken to consult with the client regarding how best to match the existing corporate design philosophy with the project’s restraints due to existing systems and budget.

Phase 2 consisted of building out an existing open warehouse area adjacent to the offices with laboratory and testing facilities. These facilities include a clean room, open offices, conference/training space, temperature controlled room, and a hazardous gas testing room.
