The Edgewood Tahoe Resort Clubhouse has been expanded with a new two-story addition to the south wing of the building. The wood- and steel-framed addition features new exterior decks with enhanced entry and monumental stairs. The interiors include custom carpeting, chandeliers, timber curtainwalls and a modern boardroom.

Renovations to existing spaces adjacent to the wing include a new entry sequence and banquet kitchen. Work includes carefully sequenced MEP upgrades, planned to not interrupt continued operations of the facility. Programming is organized to celebrate the lake and utilize interior/exterior space connected via oversized sliding glass walls.
