The Edgewood Tahoe Resorts Golf Clubhouse, located behind the 18th green of its impeccable golf course and on the shores of Lake Tahoe is known as one of the worlds finest 19th holes with its combination of, dining amenities and views. Collaborative Design Studio was brought on board in 2021 by Edgewood Properties to spearhead the remodel this outstanding facility.

The clubhouse was originally constructed in 1973 with its latest remodel being in 1973, therefore major upgrades to how the facility functions and appears was needed. The main dining area and kitchen facilities have been redesigned along with the Pro Shop, Brooks Bar, Conference Rooms and Locker facilities, all while responding to, complementing and highlighting the main architectural structure of the facility.

The remodel of the Brooks Bar and Pro Shop is ongoing with an anticipated completion date of Spring 2024. Remaining construction to begin in the Fall of 2024 with an anticipated completion date in Spring of 2025.
