The 2,300 square foot remodel and expansion of the original Grill at Clear Creek Tahoe packs a lot of personality into a small space.

This building is a well-loved member of the original Clear Creek community and the remodel thoughtfully respects its history. The most beloved elements of the old Grill are included in the space, which includes a bar and a golf simulator room. Old beams from an on-site barn have been incorporated into the light fixtures, while the latest golf and entertainment technology is used in the simulators. These spaces can host anything from Super Bowl parties to movie nights. Aged copper lends gravitas to the new bar, and a cold and hot top buffet completes the ultimate 9th hole stop.

The project is under construction with an estimated completion date of Spring 2025.
