Nine47 Tahoe is the first significant residential development of the recently approved Area Plan in Incline Village at Lake Tahoe.  Located at the entry point into downtown Incline, the project comprises a 4 story building over partially submerged parking including 40 luxury condominium residences, a secluded courtyard with Spa amenities, and an expansive rooftop patio including firepits, cooking areas, and intimate lounge spaces.
